• Laban Movement Analysis – exploring physicality and how the body communicates emotion

• Uta Hagen – grounding performance in real, lived experiences and personal connection

• Practical Aesthetics – focusing on action, objective, and making strong, playable choices

• Endowering – assigning emotional or personal significance to people, places, or props to create truthful reactions

 

Sessions are always adapted to the actor’s level and goals, whether playful and imaginative for younger performers, or more in-depth for professionals and students.

 

Coaching is available online or in-person from my Hampshire studio.
